Doomsday prepping, except instead of doing it by yourself you do it with your neighbors, and instead of building a bunker you build a just, compassionate, and sustainable community.
@tjdungeonmaster I was pleased to discover that Portland has a lot of community gardens that are cheap to get started on, and I'm sure they're not the only place. For a while I've really wanted to find a community to build infrastructure with. If capitalism and the US come crashing down (🤞) it's a nice backup. If they don't, it's perhaps the only way to survive them.
