@jeffowski Cust. Serv. ..... website, telephone or in person for a LOT of companies and small businesses have been treating their customers pretty bad the last few decades. Then, what happens .... people get frustrated and then anger when nothing gets done about it. I am assuming new technology has something to do with this, but the lack of working with customers to smooth things out and custoners then yelling back is not the answer.
