Religion is the biggest propaganda lie ever told. It is simply power & control over the masses. There is no hate quite like "religious hate" taking away your healthcare, wars, abuse, rapes, demanding your money. The biggest scam in history. Call out the utter insanity and total bullshit.
What Is The Seven Mountains Mandate? A movement among many right-wing aka christo-fascist, that embraces the notion that religion, specifically Christianity, should have dominion over all aspects of society, particularly our government.
As insurrectionist Lauren Boebert put it bluntly:
“The church is supposed to direct the govt. The government is not supposed to direct the church.”
To believe this, of course, Christian nationalists like #MagaMike Johnson and Boebert reject the entire notion of the separation of church and state that is clearly stated in our Constitution.

Yep, same thoughts here. I was raised catholic, went to catholic school, raised up by nuns, did all the readings, taught catechism classes, raised in an old school Irish catholic family. I might know a thing about "religion."
The bible is a propaganda book with selected writings over 500 years or so that are completely without merit or science base. This a another bible story not based in fact or science, rather violence and insanity.
The Hebrew Bible old and the New Testament both contain narratives, poems, and instructions which describe, encourage, command, condemn, reward, punish and regulate violent actions by God, individuals, groups, governments, and nation-states. Among the violent acts included are war, human sacrifice, animal sacrifice, murder, rape, and genocide.
@skykiss haha, I'm familiar with the Bible. Not a children's book, and I'm not sure why people think any religious text is a children's book. Anyone who does is only interested in indoctrination.

Yikes. The only way to stop these bigots is to use their same arguments to ban any book that mentions Christianity. Any argument they use to ban books they don't like is way more applicable to religious books.

@skykiss True, but nobody actually reads the bible. They just sort of wave it around Trump style or say things like "The Bible says you should not put salt on your scrambled eggs!". Things like that.

The Bible actually contains instructions on how to perform an #Abortion in The Book of Numbers, Job murdered his own family (kids & all) b/c God told him too (as a test), adulteress women were stoned to death (killing both mother & child) and Noah flooded the entire planet (pregnant women and all.)
