As part of an air-rights project over the Mass. Pike in Back Bay, developers are building a new plaza that will include a new entry to the Hynes Green Line subway station, protected bike lanes, and an improved bus shelter for the 1 bus.

PSA: Bashing Ketamine use for depression, just like the incessant “Trump is on Adderall” bashing, is deeply ableist and only hurts the people who actually need these medications to live.

But plenty of people needing these meds will and every post mentioning mental health medications in a derogatory way makes them less socially acceptable.

I decided to quit caffeine altogether about 4 days ago, as I was drinking upwards of 500-1000mg a day.

Luckily the headaches aren't that bad, the holy hell.. the brain fog is serious.

The instant sleep improvements are so worth it, though.

I know Mastodon hates pop culture but I’m in the midst of a divorce from a man I married four years ago today – on leap day – so I plan on spending the next 11 hours watching Britney Spears dance break compilations.

@WTL @jorijn I was not wondering about hypothermia (i surf in North.Atlantic waters, I understand the significance of getting the chills)..but jogging in say 5C versus 20C....Oddly I am inclined to think it is the inverse of what one might guess...
