They must have Googled "Kevin Beaumont" and "Lawsuit" and did a sloppy job at following through on their research, stopping at only the first result > https://www.geekwire.com/2023/security-firm-sues-microsoft-alleging-tech-giant-misused-trove-of-stolen-logins-and-passwords/. They missed it was finally dismissed WITH prejudice after a dismissal without prejudice for a do-over amended complaint. It was shot out of court couple times.
