Unlike a terrible policy held while in Opposition, which can be rationalised away with 'Well they can't change anything now and they need to get elected', or 'They'll be better than they seem once they're in power', there's something about letting such a right-wing, bigoted monster into #UKLabour that crystallises the fact that Labour is truly lost under Starmer
@fkamiah17 Frankly, I hope so. Labour as it is now would deserve it. The very last thing we need is nationalist Toryism under a fresh label, which is what Starmer's Labour promises. Democracy in the UK is looking more like a rotting corpse every day
