Consideration for the residents is a must. (I lived for a while in a house that was for sale. Had to clear out for showings, but those were mostly on weekdays while I was at work. (It didn't sell. 2006.)

@GottaLaff I have you beat. 30 years hence I was mopping in the nude my brick and glass Casa (just listed for sale) in Santa Fe NM. No showing scheduled for that day but surprise surprise surprise a great looking nude 30 year old athletic man with large wash tub and industrial string mop just gyrating and swabbing Embarrassment red face, another beautiful day in Northern New Mexico.
