What are heritage grains?
"Heritage grains" are traditional varieties of grains.
They were grown and passed down before scientists started heavily changing them in what's called the "GREEN REVOLUTION" from the early 20th century to the late 1980s.

My friends have known me as a sourdough baker for many years. So when the sourdough COVID thing hit they asked me how to start. I never started one myself, having gotten my starter from a neighbor.
