The just-released #Firefox 120 for #Android opens up to add-ons. There are already 50 of them available and the number should grow quickly as more add-ons get verified.
I've installed #Ghostery to get rid of cookie pop-ups. What a relief.
If you are not using Firefox on Android, I highly recommend giving it a try. It's been my daily driver for years and it's gotten really good and no other relevant mobile #browser has such a wide variety of add-ons available AFAIK.
@kuketzblog mein #DuckDuckGo-Browser schafft nur 51÷, was mich sehr überrascht. #Ghostery aber 85% und ist ab sofort als Default-Browser eingestellt.
Edit: das ist auf dem Handy...
YouTube being aggressive against ad blockers is making me want to never watch another ad from them again, I'm going over and above to make sure ads don't appear on any device that uses YouTube. They are motivating me to invest in this weird war they are fighting.
@michaelgraaf@selzero@andycarolan The aggressiveness seems to only be in Chrome. Work makes me use Chrome and I get that ad blocker message, but in Firefox (on the same machine) I don't., and I don't see ads. I have #pihole on the network and use #ghostery and #adguard in both browsers.
