Nope. Not for a second. I'd bet he just keeps acquiring more and more #shares in #twitter until he has enough leverage to make a #hostile#takeover a reality.
It's just likely it will take a really long time, unless he's stopped by regulators. (Which isn't likely because "free market" etc. etc. etc.)
