Another mildly experimental #solargraph
This was a SolarCan Puck I tucked into a plant to hold it. Left out for 2 days, but blown onto the floor at some point. I think the wobbily bright streak is the sun on a windy day.
Another #solarcan puck that missed the sun; or rather there wasn't enough sun to burn through the relentless grey of this week. I thikn it rotated at some point two because the outline of the houses is duplicated but at 90 degrees. It might be a rubbish #solargraph but it's a rather nice #pinholecamera photo I guess
I left a SolarCan up for the first week I was away this year and whilst it didn't capture the sun at all it does seem to have caught the sunsets behind the tree across the road. #solargraph
Sadly, after months of using corfu.el, I've now reverted back to using company-mode again.
The straw the broke the camel's back is the lsp-mode's lack of support for working with corfu.el (while lsp-mode can detect and auto-configure company-mode to work with itself).
And, speaking of lsp-mode, while I try my hardest to use eglot when possible, I still have to resort to using lsp-mode when working with some languages due to the fact that lsp-mode just works better with them (e.g., Ruby, Perl, etc.).
While it might be possible to configure corfu.el to work with lsp-mode, I currently don't have enough time to look into the issue right now, so it's back to the company-mode (for now, at least).
On the bright side, prescient.el works with company-mode (via the company-prescient package) so the transition is not so painful.
With apologies for all the pinhole photography and solargraphs today; I "plant" some pinhole cameras every solstice and "crop" them at the next one. Here's a six month exposure from December 21 2022 to June 22 2023 taken using a camera I set up in my conservatory.... #pinholephotography#solargraph#astronomy#NewZealand
So I had several pinhole cameras on the go here in Portobello New Zealand for the past 6 months. Here's an exposure between Dec 21 2022 and June 22 2023 from a camera looking out of my bedroom window. Comparing it to the previous image taken downstairs you can see a slightly different perspective. Pudding Island is visible in the foreground. #pinholephotography#solargraph#astronomy#NewZealand
Foster's Beer can converted to a #pinhole camera with expired Kodak paper. Paper negative dipped in blueberry juice and a bit of wine prior to scanning.
