So after hearing about those Jucoci miniature transport cases for so long, I finally saw one in the wild, and I must say they look very nice. All this to say, I now own a case that can actually hold a Chaos Knight army without playing Tetris to keep all the spikes from tearing each other apart.
[Some people]: Warhammer is made for nazis.
[The lore]: “It may seem inconceivable to the reader that any race, even the loathsome Ratmen, would allow so minor a matter as colouration to dictate their behaviour to their fellows.”
"FUR COLOURATION AS A MARK OF STATUS “ From The Loathsome Ratmen and All Their Vile Kin.
Having finished the Cauldron of Blood it's time for something a little less intricate, as a treat! The Endless Spells in AoS are some of the most fun models to paint, and since they're formed of magic who cares if you pick out all the details? But in this case... a blood snake is made of blood, so of course it's (three different shades of) blood red!
Michael and Graham are playing against each other at todays @novemberechowargaming and it’s been a tense game so far with Grahams Daemon engine dying, and taking out half of Michael’s Lascannon squad
I decided to push forward on the Blood Cauldron, and I have now reached a point where I'm happy with it. There's always more things that COULD be done, but I'm calling it here before becoming lost in the weeds.
I'm at that weird stage with a model where I need to decide if "enough is enough" or go all in and keep at it forever.
What do you all think? Should I keep finding more and more details? Also, is there anything glaring?
The titan's torso is assembled enough to get a glimpse at the final product and he's HUGE! For reference, the can of Zandri Dust spray primer is 7.75" tall and that chainsword is 14.75" long from tip of blade to bottom of powercell. This guy is a towering 22.5" tall and he doesn't even have his carapace armor, guns, or void shields on yet!
In the school #WarhammerAlliance we are looking to diversify the range of games available to students. For both of the above games the max warband size is capped at around 15.
But do the rules reflect that? Do we have any grognards here who can help with this?
