Rather than sit around all day and be miserable I went outside saw people and was un-miserable. I still ended up somewhat rushing this single solitary or objective marker for today's . I had planned on picking out a few parts with white and then using a colour express to make some details pop, but, I thought it looked so much better just like this that I decided to pick out a lot of details in white and just leave them like that.

Day 14

After two large projects I’m taking a brain break with something a little simpler; Ironsoul’s Condemnors.

A familiar color scheme to me at this point but I will never get tired of how nice red paint looks

Got the Glaivewraith Stalkers finished tonight, they were a bit rough and a bit damaged in places, no idea who gave them to me, but did my best to rescue them

Will join the rest of my Nighthaunt on Friday

Been working on these Glavewraith Stalkers for day 143 of the , and trying to make the weapons look nice and rusty, something I think I did okay with, using a combo of @thearmypainter and Citadel paints

Finished off the Megaboss on Maw-Krusha to add to my Ironjawz, hopefully he will crunch lots of lads when he is finally unleaded in 4.0!

My first painted Age of Sigmar army! The Nighthaunt Vanguard box, getting ready for the Spearhead game mode. Heavily inspired by the grieving legion theme, but with some brighter colors. My wife mentioned that it puts off a Scooby-Doo vibe and I'm ok with that.

Today I varnished my Carnelian, so I am calling that half of the project done, and drybrushed a highlight onto Belthanos

Having finished the Cauldron of Blood it's time for something a little less intricate, as a treat! The Endless Spells in AoS are some of the most fun models to paint, and since they're formed of magic who cares if you pick out all the details? But in this case... a blood snake is made of blood, so of course it's (three different shades of) blood red!

I decided to push forward on the Blood Cauldron, and I have now reached a point where I'm happy with it. There's always more things that COULD be done, but I'm calling it here before becoming lost in the weeds.

I'm at that weird stage with a model where I need to decide if "enough is enough" or go all in and keep at it forever.
What do you all think? Should I keep finding more and more details? Also, is there anything glaring?
