Just finished my first PT session. I stood up w/walker, transitioned to wheelchair, rolled myself to bathroom. Stood up with grab bar and was able to change clothes/wash up with assistance. Rolled back out, GOT UP AND WALKED 10 FT BACK TO BED! (w/walker & PT holding gait belt) Now back in bed waiting for lunch. Trainer was thrilled - they weren't expecting much on day 1. 😁

  1. Today's exercise: 20 minutes on the exercise bike & 1 hr of strength training.
  2. Took care of a couple of tasks.
