@atomicpoet In Philadelphia, we have a restaurant called Han Dynasty, which offers ten levels of spiciness. I couldn't handle level 3. My tear ducts felt like lava was flowing from them.

Or, because Trump never actually pays for things, require every fine be paid in cash right there in the courtroom, and if the Don doesn't have it he can spend the night in jail.
