Just a note to anyone who's considering trying out Linux Mint because of all of the shit going on with Windows.

If you're setting up a dual boot, meaning that you're keeping windows on part of your hard drive, and installing Linux on the other, be aware that you'll still have access to your windows files.

That's VERY convenient. I didn't have to move any of my media over to the Linux partition. Made it really easy to try out different Linux software with my media.

Girlfriend clipped a couple of nails on our dog and she hit some blood unknowingly.

We didn't notice it until he'd already tracked blood all over the hardwood floors and the kitchen rugs.

She's usually pretty good at clipping them.

Anyone have any experience with #Chiaki on Linux connecting to the PS5?

I can only register and connect via the PS5’s ipv4 address as the host address instead of the default 255.255. address. Has anyone else had this problem and if so did you find a solution?

I always take my dog out to urinate before I feed him his dinner.

We just made him a new pot of food for the next 5 days and it's been sitting on the stove cooling off.

Dax (my dog) is having a hard time resisting the smell the hungrier he gets, so he decided to LIE TO ME and tell me that he had to go out for an "emergency" walk.

So I took him out, but all he did was urinate and rush back to the door. When he got back, he stood in front of his empty food bowl beckoning me.

Went through a few hiccups with the boot manager but I was finally able to install Linux Mint alongside Windows on my main laptop.

Why did I do this?

A few different reason...

I like Linux Mint.
I like the security.
I like that it doesn't sell my info.
I like that its customizable.

But the REAL reason I installed it?

I was bored. (ADHD)

Tempted to make Linux my full time OS but I just spent $40 on a windows app.
