Really trying to be aware of my posture while sitting at my desk, and have noticed that far too often I suddenly realise that I’ve drawn my feet back underneath the seat of my chair.

Also, I’m terrible for slumping. I’ve never found an office chair that has an upright enough back to stop me doing this. Got one of those lumbar support posture cushions, but it shifts around a lot because it’s quite cheap.

Posture is far less important than moving regularly, so I wouldn't worry too much about it, just get up and stretch every so often

A mate of mine was stopping off at an online friend's house today. She'd never met him before.

I am sure he is perfectly above board, but I have obviously messaged to check that she isn't dead (had appropriate response so all is ok), and then I wondered how common this is?

Do all women & AFAB people do this? Do any men/AMAB people do it?

I have a feeling it's least common amongst cis het males, and more common in other groups, but I don't know.
