I've either hit the point of being so overwhelmed with work and life that I just keep zoning out and then realizing like 40 minutes have passed, or the insomnia is really catching up to me.
About to dye some eggs. My money is on 11 to make a brown egg this year. There is always one that can't help themselves from putting the egg in every color.
The restaurant I took the kids to for dinner had CNN on and the headlines were hilarious. I haven't seen tv news in a long time. I learned that former guy is selling Bibles for $59.99 to pay his legal bills, and that truth social apparently had an IPO today and a bunch of dumb white people were buying it at $58 a share.
The clientele of this restaurant were predominantly brown or Asian.. It was an odd thing to be on the TV there.
Oof. Looks like I was reasonably well behaved despite the 2 bottles of wine last night. Was afraid I was gonna need to do damage control this morning. Haven't drank that much in a long time.
On my 3rd glass of wine 7 asked "ARE YOU TRYING TO GET DRUNK?" This is unfair. I'm still cooking his dinner. The answer might be yes, but really?! I don't think he's allowed to ask that.
