Was driving behind a brand new Porsche 911 that had the license plate ‘911’ which seemed way too basic to me. Like having a dog and naming it “dog”.
Driver looked like he was 12 years old and looked truly absolutely terrified - and driving at like 20kmph

holy shit daycare made SUCH a big fuss about my kid’s last day 😶 everyone drew her pictures and made stuff for her and they had a whole farewell party and everything 😳

but one thing i found interesting was that a good half of the kids who drew a picture of her for the goodbye book a) included pikachu and b) very clearly chose Not Black for her hair colour…

Lots of folks saying Twitter just switched their DM settings to allow messages only from verified accounts. I suspect the MuskBrain will soon make that a feature, thereby eradicating Twitter as a customer support platform (one of the few things it’s still good for).

I know that many here will strongly disagree with me, but since the first moment I tried on an Oculus dev kit, I've been a firm believer that VR/AR has stupendous potential but direction Meta has been taking made me very uninterested. I'm psyched that Apple have approached this the way they have, and @gruber's first impressions post has me bubbling.

Perplexed by people saying that Apple should and done this, or should have done that, when announcing the Vision Pro.

All the things mentioned have been done by Microsoft with their HoloLens headset (possibly discontinued) or Meta with their inferior headset.

I suspect these commentators don't understand Apple.
