@nflamel Right? It just hits on SO MANY THINGS in a scant 6 minutes.
Disappointment from authority figures. Comments from peers. Internalized feelings of failure. Finding your place of belonging and that thing you're good at. Meeting people who "get" you and accept you as you are.
I fucking love Bluey, but this episode is just one of the best, hands down.
I've had an increasing number of students start saying stuff like, "What do you think about X? I asked Copilot/Gemini/Chat GPT and this is what it told me..."
If you don't trust the results of these tools (and frankly, you shouldn't), why use them?
@federcheese So, now that Netflix has cancelled Shadow & Bone, I finally started reading the books so I can learn what happened. Just started book 1 last night, and of course thought of you, since you're the one who put me on to the show!
@cferdinandi it may be working for me because all my mutations are sourced from the UI components, as a result of user actions. The models connect to each other but rarely (never?) mutate themselves. That constraint makes the design simpler, while also ensuring the models never have to worry about their properties becoming proxies (which I believe had some ill effects when I stringified to JSON).
