You're eventually gonna run out of time. Might be because of your own decisions (lifestyle, bad habits). Might also have nothing to do with you: Wile E. Coyote drops a piano intended for the Roadrunner, that takes you out instead. Start enjoying our life right now. "I'm too busy." is not a life, forwards nothing to your children.
In particular, if you have kids, gather up all the memories you can by doing things with them. Take on adventures. Explore museums, visit fun and interesting landscapes, take them white-water rafting, canoeing, sailing, swimming. Go camping, visit beaches, teach them how to fish. None of that will be wasted... for you, but more particularly for them.
Backed up my Fedora laptop, clean installed the KDE spin and got everything back up.
Between the recent switch back to using light mode across all of my laptops and getting a little tired of GNOME being GNOME, I felt like a clean switch to KDE. Warts and all, I still prefer the look and ability to customize KDE.

I'm not saying Cinnamon is the greatest: it just works. I do development, but I'm not at all a gamer. Different users have different needs. Cinnamon meets mine.
Many of us swear by it, but the benefits are difficult to aquantify, trials relatively small and of course most people who indulge are generally fit anyway.

We have a bit of a contest here in NEPA, to see who's the first to swim in our Ely Lake each year. For decades, it seems the elders are winning. For many years my Aunt Marty, who passed away several years ago. Now it's my twin cousins Jean & Joan, who are a year older than me. 😀
If I can get myself back into some physical condition, I might rejoin the fray. 😉

This is one of the many reasons I haven’t used Microsoft and Google products for years. Started using Linux in 1997, dropped Windows completely in 2001, and added MacOS in 2011.

Once I turned 60, and especially after I no longer had a job to go to, I ceased caring what anyone else thinks about my appearance. I mean that in a healthy way. I think that's true for most men my age, unless you're a narcissist. 🤷♂️

I know. And redundant, but we have laws about this that have been recently and instantly applied to other people (I’m ex-Army, and held a secret clearance). 🙄
