Orion has come to an understanding with Audrey and Charlotte the spider plants. They won't completely take over my office, and he won't chomp their stolons off. He doesn't particularly like this understanding, but he begrudgingly accepts it.

@annaecook There's a very popular brand of kitchen/household gadgets called OXO that got its start doing adaptive stuff like can openers for people with weakness in their hands. Abled people realized that a lot of these designs made things way easier for them too. The curb cut effect strikes again.
