There is an ongoing spam attack on the fediverse for the last couple of days. It's more widespread than before, as attackers are targeting smaller servers to create accounts. Before, usually only mastodon.social was targeted and our team could take care of it. For server administrators out there: If you don't need open registrations, switch over to approval mode. If you do, blocking disposable e-mail providers is a massive stopgap to the problem. Mastodon also supports hCaptcha.

Has anyone seen Sokolov or heard anything about which position he will have now? It puzzles me that serious sources keep reporting on his firing without addressing the question of him being reported dead since September.

Evacuation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Avdiivka.

Ukrainian President Zelensky confirmed the decision to withdraw troops from Avdiivka: the decision was made to save people’s lives.

Zelensky at the Munich Security Conference shifted the blame for the withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Avdiivka to the lack of sufficient assistance from the West and an artificial shortage of ammunition.

@anderspuck det hjælper jo ikke meget på det når andre “leder “ i Ukraine starte en smæde kampagne , der burde så være mere pli og tænksomhed i hovedet på dem, og det som også ,fremhæves er det ikke er muligt at holde valg, han har også sat gang i korruptions udrensninger og det kan sikkert også ha en vis indflydelse på mistet opbagning, og vi har ikke i vesten set andre der kan overtage.

Overfald på mor og barn udstiller sprængfarligt emne, der splitter befolkningen i Ukraine @anderspuck det kan vel ikke gå i længden, jeg tænker Ukraine er ved at blive krigs træt og efter 2 år ved fronten er der sikkert mytteri stemning og desserteringer på vej, hvad vil det bedste være for Zelenski.

@anderspuck Det er en svær balance gang de er kommet til, tro bare ikke det lykkeds uden problemer, dem der vil det frivilligt og tro på det er der allerede, så det må for hovede parten være no go og der med surhed i rækkerne og det er sq ilke godt.
