@kfury I hate this headline with a passion. Apple was caught off guard by ChatGPT - everyone was. They are now making machines that can train a rival LLM (mentioned in the keynote upon release, they can train a transformer model). They are hardly "behind" as much as doing what Apple does - waiting and wanting it to be right.

Notice how quickly Microsoft has jumped in? That tells me it's not ready for prime time and they are desperate to hit a home run.
