    Why not train an AI with encrypted and corresponding plaintext passwords, so you save yourself from brute-forcing?

    Oh, it wouldn’t work because it’s actually complex stuff?

    Cool, now think about how everything else is also complex, and why AI is the biggest tech scam since crypto.

    @thomasfuchs yes, computers will never be as good in decrypting passwords as the human mind. these are the things that really matter, and computers just can't compete.

    so, äh, ich habe gerade so ein 49€ ticket gekauft, während der bestellung hab ich nichts gesehen, das vermuten lässt das ma eine app bracht.

    in der bestellbestätigung steh jetzt nur wie ma es da sing zu derer app hinzufügt und nichts wie man es sonst benutzen kann.

    kommt da noch ne PDF die man drucken kann oder sowas? oder war das grad alles umsonst und ich muss es wieder kündigen?

    Unrolling tape close to a screen causes it to go off and on for a short while If tape is rolled out fast enough it creates x-rays. Several years ago some scientists managed to make a tape unrolling machine to keep the x-rays going long enough to take a x-ray of their hand

    Right now, there's no AI. There's just someone else's work.

    Stop calling generative text and image programs AI. It's inaccurate and insulting. They are just the evolution of corporate creative theft that's been going on as long as media corporations have existed.

    I am so sick of AI related news. Why on earth people wants to replace the best parts of humanity with auto generated low quality sameness.
    The last time I saw there was no shortage of new music, paintings, writing, etc. Please use AI to improve human life not to replace it.
