So of the 4-5 SCOTUS justices who may rule for Trump to have immunity from prosecution for January 6, one guy's wife was pressuring state legislators to overturn the election results, and another guy flew flags to show his sympathy with the coup and the J6 attackers? Got it.
"Any justice . . . of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned." 28 U.S.C. 455(a)
On the Trump immunity case, BOTH Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas have ZERO impartiality.
BREAKING - Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito not only flew an upside-down flag in sympathy with "Stop the Steal" -- he flew an "Appeal to Heaven" flag in sympathy with the January 6 attackers and ultra-right Christian Nationalists.

I mean WTAF is going on at DOJ? Threats to judges and jurors? No problem. "Supreme" Court insurrectionists? Wait a day and the outrage will disappear. Congressional criminal conspiracy insurrectionists? ... silence. This is agency malpractice of the worst possible kind. I have read different things about why the planners and funders have faced ZERO consequences, I don't know if they are true, but if so, it's really damning. 🤬
So Donald Trump's cult posted a pic of what they claimed was a crowd in NYC gathered to catch a glimpse of Trump -- when it was actually a crowd in NYC gathered to catch a glimpse of JOE BIDEN when he was here in NYC a few weeks ago to go on the Howard Stern Show? Got it.
Fun fact about former Florida AG Pam Bondi attending Trump's NYC trial today:
When the Florida AG's office was ready to join NY's prosecution of Trump University, Trump gave Bondi a $25,000 campaign donation -- and the case mysteriously disappeared.
Not sure who needs to hear this, but if you're only going to call one real witness for your case, it's best if he's not the most unlikeable witness in the entire trial.
