and no, they didn't. There's this part of Kelvin Trek 1 where the sun shines through Spock's ears and it's, of course, red, when it should probably be more greenish tinted. Bugs me. (probably shouldn't)

@SirTapTap oh hell yes. It takes a certain kind of patience to deal with like 5 hours of putting on makeup followed by a 10 hour day or whatnot. I know there have been several trek guest actors who were like "yeah, no, never again unless i'm a different, less alien character"

Well, I missed one of the rare good movies, but I helped some baby cats, so I guess that's okay. We have a new bottle-baby volunteer who just took in some high-risk kittens and they needed someone to drive about 45 minutes away to pick up an incubator for them from someone who had one to donate.

My foster kitty donation wishlist for May! It’s really all food this time. Adoptions are warming up so hopefully I’ll have some of the older kiddos in new homes so I can take babies again soon. Going to the Transformers 40th theater event tonight! The original “More Than Meets the Eye” multi-parter is a big comfort-watch episode for me, so I’m really looking forward to this! I like "Parallels". The various timelines are of course interesting.

But the fact that Worf is the focus of the shenanigans is great because it's so rare. Most of his stories are focused on character or culture development.

It's like how Kira rarely has to deal with trek bullshit on DS9 because she just ain't got time for that. :blobcat_beret_coffee:

One thing Lost did super well is sound design. Smokey's noises, the jungle, the Swan's various beeps boops and DING DONG lockdown noise, so crunchy.
