I currently have no estimates, but i'm working on getting some. I have massive executive dysfunction issues so phone calls are anathema and lately almost impossible. tree service has not replied to their contact form. Of course.
Have received $550 so far, which is great and helpful, but very doubtful to be nearly enough. I have to get very large branches removed, and a window pane replaced.
Update 3: Neighbor got me in touch with a workman who got the branches off the roof and inspected it. was $200, which is honestly much less than I expected. Neighbor's having to spend 1400... yikes. He's gonna come back in the morning to put patches on the roof hole(s) since it's gonna rain a bunch soonish. said it'll be another $150.

and no, they didn't. There's this part of Kelvin Trek 1 where the sun shines through Spock's ears and it's, of course, red, when it should probably be more greenish tinted. Bugs me. (probably shouldn't)
@SirTapTap oh hell yes. It takes a certain kind of patience to deal with like 5 hours of putting on makeup followed by a 10 hour day or whatnot. I know there have been several trek guest actors who were like "yeah, no, never again unless i'm a different, less alien character"
Well, I missed one of the rare good #monsterdon movies, but I helped some baby cats, so I guess that's okay. We have a new bottle-baby volunteer who just took in some high-risk kittens and they needed someone to drive about 45 minutes away to pick up an incubator for them from someone who had one to donate.
My foster kitty donation wishlist for May! It’s really all food this time. Adoptions are warming up so hopefully I’ll have some of the older kiddos in new homes so I can take babies again soon. Going to the Transformers 40th theater event tonight! The original “More Than Meets the Eye” multi-parter is a big comfort-watch episode for me, so I’m really looking forward to this!
