OC Ender 3 S1 pro help

Hello Fediverse printers, I am seeking help with my printer. When it's working, it prints everything with these weird lines.

I've tried PID tuning, switched from bed springs to silicone, slower printing speeds, checked feed rate, cleaned and re-lubed both Z rods, loosened Z axis wheels to the point the nuts are barely on, and recently tried a new Z belt. I'm about at my wits end to the point I'm about ready to sell this printer.

So I'm hoping someone can help me out. Thanks in advance for any advice!
