"...Gainax, known for producing the popular #Anime series "Neon Genesis #Evangelion," said Friday that it filed for #Bankruptcy at #Tokyo District Court on May 29.

Sigh. The news of teachers having illicit relations with students / ex-students in Japan is so common that it's become a joke in #DeDeDeDe.

And Japan still has minimal repercussions for teachers in these situations; they often get dismissed and banned from working in a school /prefecture, so they move and repeat in another one. The schools are strapped for manpower and they don't bother checking. :neocat_facepalm:
