It takes a lot of #energy for me to practice self care and even more to try and grow my #SmallBusiness which as a full-time #caretaker for my elderly mother it's my only form of income that I can manage
I make the rules of how much I should work, when, how long etc
I don't have to rely on exposing the intimate details of my disability and the needs they present to anyone unless I want to - this gives me #autonomy and #freedom
