No one in their right mind is going to spend US$110k on an Eletre when they can get a Macan 4 for $79k. Yes, the Macan is slightly smaller, but I don’t think most people will notice.
Every review of the Eletre contains complaints about the poor tuning of its steering and suspension (which comes as a shock to me, considering it wears a Lotus badge), issues that I suspect will not be present in a Porsche product. Superior handling for $30k less, and a service center that’s less than 50 miles away? Yeah, it’s a no-brainer.
