I think a lot of the people that were going to leave Reddit have already likely done so or are still splitting their time a bit between Lemmy and Reddit.
a lot of people don't notice a truck coming until it hits them. when they open their apps on July 1 and it just doesn't work, there will be a solid chunk of people who consider Lemmy that time around
