I have decided to revive my https://SeerOfSouls.com website as I want to get back into blogging about various things and doing a few more reviews of tech products like I once used to do.
This is still very much a huge work in progress, but it's a start at least.
I'd like for all of you to give some feedback and opinions about the site if you have any or point out any issues you might see.
A few things to note here first, the menus at the top of the page haven't been touched in any way as of yet. That's likely the next thing I will tackle with regards to the theme.
I currently only have three posts that I've personally written. The other 10 or so came with the theme just to show off how things look across the site. Those will be deleted once I get a few more posts of my own onto the site.
If anyone who has artistic talent, and would like to donate some time to come up with a logo for the site that goes with the current theme and colors, please feel free to reach out and let me know.
What's there now is something that I came up with using AI and it's not permanent, though I have no artistic talent, so not sure what I'll do for a more permanent one.
I'd be willing to pay a bit of money to someone that would like to make something that really stands out and catches the eye.
As for future content, it'll be mostly tech related in some form or fashion. Be it product reviews, thoughts and opinions about a specific video game, Mastodon related stuff or whatever.
But what you find there will be my PERSONAL thoughts only and won't represent that of #AllThingsTech nor my employer.
Last but not least, I have added the ActivityPub WordPress plugin to the site so every time I publish an article, it publishes here to #Mastodon and the #Fediverse automatically.
You can follow that account via the link below as I would greatly appreciate it. It's a quick and easy way to see the articles that I publish just in case I forget to share them from this account.
@spacecowboy Oh, thank you so much for that feedback, especially with regards to the RSS feed stuff. I honestly no idea if that was working or not as I hadn't thought to check that yet.
Image stuff is hard to tell where the issue lies. I haven't really done much optimization to the site yet so it very well could be on my end but who knows.
Hopefully that's something I can tackle this coming week.
