Homeless for the holidays in desperate need of help

Hi, my name is Samantha me and my mother Sharon are being evicted from our apartment of 21 years, we have a hole in our ceiling leaking water from the toilet onto our kitchen table , coffin flies coming up our drain from a sewage backup in the basement the landlord refused to clean up, the flies get into all of our food . We will be locked out on the 31st of December, we have two cats and a small dog . We are both disabled , my mother needing two knee replacements from rheumatoid arthritis, we just need enough for a down payment.
