@dekkzz76@screwtape@matto@82mhz Having said what I did in my previous post, I actually find the idea interesting to create a Gopher with Org. I need to explore that.
Changing major mode to org-mode doesn't make the elpher buffer writable. However it does allow org-mode that doesn't involve changing the buffer to work (shift-tab to change fold levels of the buffer and so forth, tab to open and close a drawer/heading, code execution that doesn't print results).
In order to change the buffer it needs to be saved to a new file (C-x C-w) or something like that.
At first I worried that Life In Plain Text was too powerful 1/2
