#Twitter's #CommunityNotes can be manipulated, both in their content and placement, by #Musk entirely out-of-view to outside parties.
Musk obviously has administrative console access at Twitter.
There is zero sense in wondering about Community Notes' value to the public.
It has none.
Quite the opposite, in fact.
