@itnewsbot Amusing to see reddit fighting the good fight, even if it's for the wrong reasons.

Ultimately though, reddit can't survive without google. After the triple-fiasco summer, it has become decimated as a community, and mostly exists now as a google search result.

Worse for reddit, without the community, it will become less relevant as its existing timely answers age out, and new content/expertise dwindles.

Reddit is dying, and they're trying to cash in on fighting AI as they go down.
