Some have asked me whether Hope Hicks will testify truthfully if called as awitness in the Manhattan DA's criminal trial. Hicks is no stranger to talking to government investigators--and her history suggests she'll be forthcoming. #Trump#legal
She also disclaimed "any knowledge of whether the President knew that Mr. Cohen had made payments to Stormy Daniels during the campaign" and having witnessed any discussions between Cohen and Trump during the 2016 campaign about "payments to any women."
Wondering if in the trial they'll be able to ask her about what she might have learned re Stormy & payments when in the White House. (during the 2019 House Judiciary hearing that Rubin's quoting from she was only asked about during the campaign.)
@Aviva_Gary I was talking about perjuring themselves in court, not in front of Congress. Trying to nail Barr in Congress was nearly impossible. @cynblogger
Given that he has proven over seven years to be genetically, psychically, dispositionally & astrologically incapable of EVER telling the truth, and that he indeed has no concept of what ‘truth’ actually is, I expect Trump to perjure himself if he testifies.
I don’t know if any of his cultist pals have perjured themselves, but the conversation as I read it seemed to imply that Hope had a choice in testifying truthfully.
