@linmob@droidian@yombo I really miss my N900. I saw a video of someone running sailfishOS on an fxtec pro 1 but finding information about it is all from two to three years ago. Is that particular phone dead? It looked awesome but they are forever 'Out of Stock'. I'm guessing they are probably out of business?
@jrg I recall they had problems, as they were hit by their SoC of choice for the Pro1 and Pro1x, the Snapdragon 835, suddenly being unavailable. They then had to move to another SoC, including software - stuff like that certainly breaks the bank, and the delays did not lead to happy customers.

Having switched to a SD662 SoC was not a terrible choice in my opinion since it is indeed slower, but also newer, more efficient, and still supported in mainline.

I almost went out of my way to get one until I realized you don't see any information anywhere on the internet past 2 years ago. In my mind that means that most of the projects are dead. That's a shame because it looked so promising and well... I really want a hardware qwerty back. 😢
