They’re a millennial.

I had a silent Gen once hip check me over a desk to keep me from opening her computer.

In fairness, it was the first computer she’d had to use.

Explaining, repeatedly, to GenZ engineers that yes, printing a complex AutoCAD drawing to PDF then using Acrobat to make the text searchable will screw up the drawing so can you PLEASE use the built-in PDF export function?

@bynkii here’s a few from our side:

Older adults that seem to need to be suckled at work like a baby bc of no emotional regulation

Acting like an infant than complain they feel people treat them as less competent

Are insanely rigorous on young’s but as old folks, deserve all and any grace. Including driving.

Consider themselves the most successful generation but are really the ones who caused bank failures

@reginagrogan oh god, so much this.

The boomer who had me change the clocks in her Porsche 2x a year because they had to be 8 minutes fast. While I could barely afford my 96 Camry.

The boomer yelling at me that I had to be IN THE SERVER ROOM to fix a server. But I couldn’t bring my laptop.

Texting my boss from the server room begging him to help me sneak back to where my tools were.
