That article must either be written by a high school dropout or as anti-Biden propaganda. Congress enacts border security legislation as well as immigration reform, yet only the President was mentioned in every graph and paragraph.
Biden repealed Trump’s Emergency Health Authority, Title 42 in 2022. Congress, whose job it is to pass border security and immigration reform, has yet to complete either. Border security was stripped from the 2024 bill, originally packaged with aid for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan in order to get Republicans to pass it. Biden was forced to use an Executive Order, a temporary measure used to address crisis, to restrict flow and detain immigrants and migrants at the border after receiving pressure from overcrowded sanctuary cities.
This is not how the government is designed to work. This is a repeated and ongoing failure of the US Congress, specifically the Republicans that are resisting agreement to protest the appearance of Democrat success. If you want border security or immigration reform, vote for a Democratic Senator or Representative and get rid of these partisan infighters.
