@drcaberry Diversity in STEM is very important (as well as in many other aspects of life). I'm glad to see that you're consistently and strongly advocating for it. I look forward to the day when the lack of diversity becomes a footnote of history, but such things rarely/never come about by simply wanting it to be so. You're in a great position to help the next generation (as an educator), so I hope you never lose your motivation.
