@andycarolan I don’t think my 3-star rating is accurate anymore, but my needs have changed since I rated it
this is a great meal for digestion and inflammation mitigating, if that is a need of yours 😉 I’m always looking for recipes that have inflammation mitigating properties for my me/cfs

My fave is the "Best Green Smoothie"... for me, it works well as a meal replacement. Actually made one of those today for lunch.
