Let's be clear on this and spread this far and wide...the debt ceiling allows us to pay off the money we have already spent
(much of it the 2Trillion dollar tax cut #GOP gave to billionaires and multi millionaires)
It has NOTHING to do with the budget and future spending....but Repubs want you to blame #BidenHarris
