Do you know Canadian-Finnish #pancakes? They're a variant that emerged in the large Finnish population in Northwestern Ontario. Most famously they were the big deal at the historic #Hoito restaurant in #ThunderBay.
I've had them there and they were indeed tasty. (I'm originally from up there and half Finn myself). Even the food journalists from NYTimes and Bon Appetit have written about this delicacy.
