Give up sugar as well as dried fruits like dates and raisins
Halve your gain intake
Double your veg intake, especially leafy veg
Regularly have Kimchi, kefir, SF yoghurt etc
@mxtthxw we’ve been doing the Zoe nutrition thing, and they talk a lot about gut microbiome. Food wise it seems to be largely about eating a wide range of different veg, legumes, pulses, fruit etc. Their podcast has a few episodes on the subject that might be worth a listen too.
