@tenderlove for terms like "GNU/Linux" and TCP/IP", I've always interpreted the slash to mean "over", i.e "implemented on top of".

So for that reason IMO it would be Mastodon/ActivityPub.

(I know you're being funny. I'm being mildly serious, but I'm not taking myself or my pedantry super seriously.)
