@AshleyMarineP I’m on duloxetine, I’m lucky that if I forget a dose I can get away with it, but I think that’s rare. Most people seem to get withdrawals pretty quickly
@AshleyMarineP I think I’m just going to take it for the rest of my life, I went through such awful withdrawal coming off venlafaxine, not keen to do it again!
@purplepadma Last time I came off anything like this I methodically reduced the dosage over a long period of time by removing the little balls in the pill capsules. I was able to avoid brain zaps and major withdrawals that way. The way they tell you to come off it is a recipe for disaster, in my experience.
