@glassbottommeg@annaleen In Houston, we don’t have any school board elections. Texas just took away local control of our schools on a pretense but really for being in a blue city. Time to purge anything “woke”—the book burning types are in full control and we don’t get a say.
I’ll vote, out of habit I guess. There’s still city council, for what local power Texas hasn’t appropriated yet. But in so many ways, this is not a real democracy.
